The 2026 Plusvital Premier Series came to a thrilling conclusion at the Irish Breeders Classic at Barnadown Equestrian. Jessica Burke and Fly For You took victory in the final leg, delivering a fantastic double-clear performance.

The final leg also decided the overall 2026 National Champion, with Jason Foley and Cute Face taking the title after a season of outstanding consistency across the seven-leg series.

The Plusvital Premier Series provides Irish-based riders with high-level competition and a pathway to the biggest stages in show jumping.

This season, wildcard winners Francis Derwin and Jason Foley went on to compete in the €1 million Rolex Grand Prix at Dublin Horse Show, joined by Premier Series riders Mikey Pender and Michaeli Byrne.

From top Irish venues to the RDS, the series continues to provide opportunity, preparation and a platform for Ireland’s leading riders.

The penultimate leg of the 2026 Plusvital Premier Series took place at the Tattersalls Ireland July Show, where Francis Derwin Jr. and Parvati Aeg claimed victory. The class also decided the final two Dublin Horse Show qualifying places, with Francis Derwin Jr. and Jason Foley securing their tickets to the RDS. With Dublin now just days away, the Plusvital Premier Series concludes at the Irish Breeders Classic on 29 August, where the 2026 National Champion will be crowned.

Mikey Pender and the homebred Madgeslane Louis claimed victory in the fifth leg of the 2026 Plusvital Premier Series at Balmoral, producing one of only two double clear rounds to secure the win. It was a fantastic result for Plusvital, with ambassadors Mikey Pender and Francis Derwin finishing first and second, while the battle for the coveted Dublin Horse Show qualification places now heads to a thrilling final qualifying leg.

Darragh Ryan completed a remarkable Grand Prix treble at Maryville Stables after winning the fourth leg of the Plusvital Premier Series with Lady Blue du Pont Letot. Just five combinations progressed to the jump-off over a demanding 1.50m track, with Ryan producing an unbeatable round in 46.80 seconds. With only two qualifying legs remaining, the race for this year's Dublin Horse Show places is reaching an exciting conclusion.
