Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you receive a damaged or incorrect item. We will promptly assess the issue and take the necessary steps to resolve it.

Refund Policy

We offer Refund or Exchange for damaged products only. Any damage must be reported immediately upon receipt of your order, along with photographic evidence.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

If your order is being shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which you received it. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
